How do I email receipts to my Ziploop account?

When you sign up for Ziploop, you create a unique username and Ziploop email address. You can find your Ziploop email at the top of the home screen (username@ziploop.com). Use this email address when checking out with retailers or forward receipts from your personal email directly into your Ziploop account.

I uploaded a receipt into my Ziploop account. Where can I find it?

It can take a few minutes to process receipts and rewards. When receipts or rewards are being processed they show up as “processing” on the Home page. Once processed, they are filed under their specific store name.

The default view for receipts is the most recent 6 months. If you don’t see your receipt, it may be older than 6 months. Tap the view button and select another time period to see older receipts. You can also change your default view by going to Settings and tapping Receipt History.

How long does it take to get my reward after adding enough receipts to my Ziploop app?

If you are participating in one of the Ziploop reward programs, you will receive your reward within 1-2 minutes of submitting qualifying receipts. The reward will appear in the rewards bucket of your app.

I’ve added enough receipts to my Ziploop app but my reward never arrived. How do I get it?

Check your email to see if our system returned any of the receipts that you uploaded because of missing information. To fully process a receipt, the store name, date, location and amount must be clearly visible. If all four categories are not visible then upload a new photo.

To receive a reward, your receipt must comply with the terms and conditions of the related reward program. Many reward programs specify required purchase dates, amounts, locations and upload deadlines to qualify for a reward. Check Program Terms for details.

I have noticed that summary data is sometimes missing or not quite right. How can I fix this?

Pictures of receipts are not always clear and some data may be missing. Click the edit pen to make additions or corrections to summary data.

How do I upload a long receipt?

Tap the red Capture button and then tap the receipt icon. Choose “Receipt” and upload the first section of your receipt. Then, tap + and continue to snap a photo of the remainder of the receipt. A long receipt is one that you cannot fit clearly into one photograph on your phone. All receipts must be clear and easy to read to capture accurate summary data. When taking a photograph of a long receipt, capture the top of the receipt in one photograph and the bottom in the second photo. Don’t worry about the exact cut off.

How do I add the store name for a receipt when I am uploading it to my Ziploop account?

When adding a receipt or reward to your Ziploop account, all you need to do is capture the image or email it directly into your account. Ziploop will then capture all of the data from the receipt, including the store name. You can change the store name by clicking the edit pen. After a receipt has been uploaded, you can add tags or notes to the receipt or star it to add to a favorites folder.

How can I see total amounts spent?

To view totals by store, tap the sort icon on the upper left of your receipt list view page and select “amount”.

Which stores email receipts?

To see a list of stores that email receipts please click HERE. This list is constantly changing so please email us if you know of any other stores that are now emailing receipts.

How do I delete receipts and rewards?

To delete a receipt or reward, tap the receipt that you would like to delete. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap the “Delete Receipt” button. If you’d like to access your deleted receipts and rewards you can tap the eye icon in your receipt or reward list view and then tap trash. You can move items that you have deleted back into your account by scrolling to the bottom of the deleted receipt and tapping “Undelete Receipt”. Choose when to permanently delete trash in Settings.

Can I create a report with my receipts?

Yes. To create a report of your receipts tap on the report icon in the upper right hand corner of the receipt section of the app. Type in the email address that you’d like to send the report to, select the dates for the report and then which receipt tags you’d like included. Then, tap send PDF or send CSV. The PDF option includes images of your original receipts.
