What do I do if I have a double-sided reward card?

Tap the red Capture button and then tap the green reward icon. When capturing a two-sided reward, take two photographs. One of the front side of the card and one of the back side. The app will guide you through the steps.

I uploaded a reward but it still hasn’t appeared in my rewards bucket. How do I find my reward?

Your reward may not be appearing in your rewards bucket because it has expired. Tap the View Icon in the upper right hand corner of your reward list view and then tap expired to see expired rewards. If you think it may still be accepted because some stores accept expired rewards, edit the expiration date and it will be refiled to the current folder.

Can I redeem a reward directly from my Ziploop app or do I also keep the physical reward with me?

Your Ziploop rewards can be scanned directly from your phone or the checkout clerk can tap on the image of the reward and extract the data manually. In most cases, Ziploop customers have not had any issues redeeming digital rewards in store. However, practices regarding gift cards vary and to be safe you may want to store gift cards at home until you have had the chance to redeem in store. Should you have a problem, please let us know.

I received my reward in my Ziploop account. How do I redeem it?

If you are redeeming your reward in store, then simply scan it at checkout. If you are redeeming it online, click the BUY button in the bottom right hand corner of the reward. This will take you to the store or brand where you can redeem your reward. If the codes has not auto-populated at checkout, then copy the code from the reward in your Ziploop account and paste it into the code box on the company or brands checkout page.

I want someone else to use my reward; can I send it to them?

Unfortunately, if you received a distributed reward through Ziploop you cannot send your reward out of your account and into someone else’s. If you would like to gift your reward, take a screen shot and email the screenshot to the recipient who can then view or print the reward. Please know that the barcode on your reward can only be scanned once, so once a reward has been scanned, whether on paper or in the app, then it has been redeemed.

How do I subscribe to programs?

When there are reward programs offered through Ziploop by malls, stores or brands you have the option to participate. Program Terms will be clearly stated in the app once a program goes live. To opt into programs tap on the plus button in the upper right hand corner of the rewards screen and select the programs that you’d like to join. You can check your program status by selecting programs from the drop down on the left hand side of the reward section.

I’m confused by the program status page. How does this work?

When you are participating in a program with a brand or mall, you will be able to track your progress by tapping Programs in the drop down in your reward section. The circle on the left with the shopping bags icon tracks your current activity for the program. The gift icon on the right how’s you what is required to receive your next reward. Tap on the program terms button to get more specific information on program rules, dates and regulations.

I’m participating in a program but haven’t received credit for my receipt. What should I do?

Make sure that the receipt that you uploaded is clear and captures the store name, date, location and amount. If a receipt cannot be processed by our servers then it will be sent back to you via email. Please upload a new image of your receipt.
