I am unable to log into my Ziploop account. How do I reset my username or password?

Passwords are case sensitive. If you cannot remember your username or password tap “forgot your username or password” at the bottom of the sign in page. If you are still unable to login, email support@ziploop.com and we will send you a password reset email.

How do I change my Ziploop profile picture?

To change your Ziploop profile picture tap on the menu icon in the upper left hand corner, then choose Profile. Tap Change Profile Picture to upload a photo of yourself.

In your profile you can also add your gender, birthday and phone number.

How do I change my Ziploop background photo?

To change your Ziploop background photo, tap on the menu icon in the upper left hand corner, then choose Profile. Tap Change Background Picture and choose from the available options.

What are messages?

Messages are updates or information from retailers that aren’t receipts, rewards or trends. These include surveys, special invitations to retailer events like fashion shows or trunk shows or cancelled orders.

Is Ziploop completely free?

Ziploop is completely free. We offer customers special rewards and promotions from their favorite retailers that enable us to maintain a free service.

How do I deactivate my Ziploop Account?

If you want to deactivate your Ziploop account please email support@ziploop.com to confirm whether you would like for us to delete all of the data in your account.
